• Valid Notification Requirement: The cancellation notification must be made within the specified three-month period and in accordance with the outlined process to be considered valid.
• Refund Eligibility: Upon providing valid notification of cancellation within the three-month period, subscribers will be eligible for a refund.
• Refund Scope: The refund will cover any subscription fees that have been paid in advance for the Services.
• Subscription Cancellation: Once a valid cancellation notification is received, we will proceed to cancel the subscription as requested.

Art and Photography Competitions

• Organiser: The Competition is organised by Farm Focus (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
• Artwork Submission: Participants grant the Organiser the right to use their submitted artworks/photos as marketing materials. Participants retain ownership and copyright of their artworks/photos.
• Liability: The Organiser and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
• Personal Information: The Organiser may collect and process personal information of Participants in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
• By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
